Detect earlier. Monitor continuously. Intervene sooner.
Most high-burden diseases announce themselves in physiological signals long before a crisis. NeuTigers builds compact deep-learning models that read those signals from everyday devices — smartwatches, wearable sensors and connected health data — and deliver insight in real time, directly on the device. The goal: help detect, monitor and prevent chronic and rare conditions earlier, wherever patients actually live.
How it works
- Multimodal health data. We work with wearable and connected-device signals, questionnaires and clinical data, collected under rigorous data-quality and privacy controls.
- StarDeep model development. Our StarDeep platform converts that data into compact, optimized neural networks using Princeton-origin methods for model efficiency, data quality and synthetic-data augmentation.
- On-device health programs. The resulting models are packaged into disease-specific programs — such as SweetDeep for type 2 diabetes and MFDeep for women's health — that run inference on the device itself and are developed with clinical partners, with a clearly stated evidence status for each.

What partners gain
- Differentiated health solutions, faster — build on a working model-development pipeline and existing disease programs instead of starting from raw research.
- Reduced cloud dependence — inference runs on the device, cutting latency, connectivity requirements and operating cost.
- Privacy by design — health data can be processed locally rather than streamed to remote servers.
- Continuous real-world data — everyday devices become a source of longitudinal health signal, within appropriate consent and governance frameworks.

Program spotlight
- SweetDeep — real-time type 2 diabetes detection with a smartwatch. Prospective study with AP-HP; arXiv publication, 2026.
- MFDeep — fetal macrosomia risk linked to gestational diabetes, delivered on-device to medical teams. In active clinical development with Genopole and CHSF, supported by France 2030.
- Sickle cell — clinical research with AP-HP on wearables-based prevention of vaso-occlusive crises.
Each program carries an explicit maturity label; none implies regulatory clearance. See the full portfolio.
Our vision
We believe precision and preventive healthcare should not depend on where you live or which clinic you can reach. By putting clinically grounded intelligence on devices people already own, NeuTigers works toward making earlier detection and better disease management accessible and equitable, globally.
